Commissioning Service
Our Boilerwatch® MMP
gas pyrometry system is easy to set-up and use. In most cases
customer personnel can install and commission this system themselves,
with little or no outside help. The new MMP System Manager Software
for Windows makes system set-up, testing, and performance evaluation
a snap.
However, when your plant technicians are too busy with other work or when more complex system configurations, such as high-end Boilerwatch® temperature mapping systems are ready for start-up, SEI field engineers are available to perform on-site startup service and training. A typical commissioning sequence involves a complete inspection of the physical equipment installation and wiring, full check of all site-specific system settings, and system operational test under actual plant operating conditions. Startup service also includes basic system operation and maintenance training for your plant operators and technicians.
