SEI offers free telephone and e-mail product support
to answer all questions you may have regarding any SEI product. SEI
authorized distributors
also provide support by phone and e-mail for customers in their
regions. In addition, optional telephone modem cards are available
for Boilerwatch® MMP systems,
which allow your technical personnel or SEI factory technicians
to quickly establish a dial-up connection to your system for
remote testing, diagnosis, and troubleshooting from virtually
anywhere in the world. This feature allows complete remote operation,
monitoring, and analysis of your system, and if necessary, adjustment
to site-specific settings without the need for a site visit.
This remote access capability can save a lot of valuable time
and hundreds or even thousands of dollars in support costs.
